Seat Belts Empty Seat Belts

Regs for Aldermaston etc stipulate all occupants must wear seat belts when vehicle is moving. What happens if you own an old vehicle which is exempt from having seat belts on all seats or any for that matter?, eg my 1957 series 1 Land Rover, or bench seats fitted in the back of so many Land Rovers with no provision for seat belts.

Charlie - Just picked up on this. A very good point - We'll amend future regs to something along the lines of 'MOT compliance re seat belts'.

Hope you had a good day.

Thanks for reply. I know we did have a Willys jeep attend drive round days at Broxhead some years ago. Also note that the withoutaclub website states seat belts in their site rules.
Yes had a great day. Looking forward to the next ones recently publicised via e-mail.
